Today is First Time Friday!
Traveling gives me a chance to try new studios, classes and explore different teaching styles. I’m in the Ocean City, NJ area right now and decided to check out a yoga studio called Grace & Glory in Northfield, NJ.
The class was great! The sequence was just what I was looking for: a quick paced flowy class with time to hold certain poses for a few rounds of breath. My mind, body and soul feel great!
