❤️Root Chakra: Your security, stability, and safety. Your connection to earth, family, community. The color is red.
When out of balance we feel fearful, unsafe, disconnected from relationships and we distant ourselves from the world.
🧡Sacral Charla: Your creativity, ideas, beliefs, ability to flow through life with grace & ease. The color is orange.
When out of balance we hang onto routine, only the known, we play small, don’t follow our dreams or desires and hold onto things that hold us back.
💛Solar Plexus: Your power center, digestive fire, pits dreams into action, strength and passion. Color: Yellow.

Bath Teas Blends:
$10 each (4oz jar + muslin bag) Makes 2-3 delightful baths.
A blend of herbs, Himalayan salt and epsom salts to soothe your skin and muscles. Allowing you to relax and your body to soak up the nutrients of the bath tea.
Bath Tea Directions:
Scoop 3 Tablespoons of bath tea into the reusable muslin bag. Steep in bath water and squeeze multiple times to release the essence into the water. When finished, empty the used tea blend into a compost or trash. Rinse the muslin bag and set out to dry. Reuse it for your next bath tea opportunity.
