Pre-Workout Smoothie

Pre-Workout Strawberry-Banana-Almond Smoothie Recipe: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (@califiafarms) 1/2 banana 🍌(peeled) 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1/2 Tablespoon hemp seeds 1/2-1 Tablespoon Rolled Oats 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract 1-2 cups spinach 🍃  1/2 cup strawberries 🍓 1 drop of almond extract or 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter 🥜 ▶️Add all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth (about 50 seconds in Blendtec).
