Energize yourself with backbends!

Upward Bow (Wheel) Pose aka Urdhva Dhanurasana

~Backbends are energizing.
~This pose stretches and opens the chest.
~Strengthens the arms and wrists, legs, glutes, abs, and spine.
~Increases elasticity and flexibility of the spine.
~Stretches the hip flexors.

**Contraindications and Cautions:
Back injury
Carpal tunnel syndrome
Headache
Heart problems
High or low blood pressure

**Practice yoga with a qualified yoga instructor and consult your doctor before trying this pose.
