Share a juice with someone today!
Juicing is nutritious, does a body good and is the fast food of the health food world.
It’s a quick way to get a ton of nutrients packed into a few gulps.
Looks at how pretty all of these ingredients look?
Make it green and juice more veggies than fruit.
Sweet Green Juice Recipe:
Huge handful of spinach or 1 fresh bunch
1/2 of a fennel bulb and stalk
1/2 of a pineapple, skin removed
1 orange, peeled/skin removed
1 head of romaine
5 sprigs of cilantro
Directions:
Rinse your veggies and fruits well. Cut into pieces to fit into your juicer chute. Put everything through your juicer and enjoy the benefits of a nutrient dense delicious drink!
