When you wake up and want something delicious, nutritious and green…make this! ⠀

1-2 cups coconut water
Handful of spinach
1 banana
1/2 cup parsley ⠀
1/2-1 cup kale ⠀
1/2” ginger root ⠀
1/4” turmeric root ⠀
1/2-1 teaspoon spirulina powder ⠀
1 cup of ice ⠀ ⠀ ⠀
⠀
Optional: ⠀ ⠀
1 teaspoon vanilla extract⠀
Pinch of Himalayan sea salt ⠀
1-4 dates depending on how sweet you want it to taste or 1-2 Tablespoons maple syrup. ⠀
Blend until smooth and enjoy! ⠀ ⠀
