You have the power within you to create the life you want. You just need to tap into the energy field and imagine it as if it were already happening. Wrapping high vibrational frequency emotions around your manifestation is what brings it to life. Feel it as if it were already happening. Vibrate higher using this guided meditation to bring your dreams into a reality.
What to take away from this meditation series:
Make meditation a priority in your life. Even if you only have 3 minutes to meditate, just do it! Meditate as if your sanity depends on it. Seriously! Make it the most important habit you have in your life. The time is available; it’s just what you choose to focus and direct your energy into. I choose meditation as a daily ritual and habit because of the transformational results. I am much more connected to my authentic self, I function efficiently and effectively, I feel connected to my purpose, I receive clear wisdom and direction and I feel more alive and free. How could I choose not to meditate!? Put a reminder or alarm in your phone or on your calendar to meditate every single day. Have an accountability partner that you check in with each day to make sure you practice a daily meditation. Feel free to go back and listen to these meditations again and again. Let yourself sink into longer silence after each one.

This is a series providing you with 7 guided meditations. You will be guided into pranayama (breath-work) and meditation for an inward journey. The meditations are between 10-15 minutes long.
If you are signing up after December 30, 2019: You will be sent an email with all 7 meditation links plus and Intro to the series. Just start by listening to the intro then begin with Meditation 1. Listen to one meditation each day for 7 days in a row.
The benefits of meditating consistently for 7 days in a row are much more potent and transformational than meditating randomly here and there. Although any meditation is a good meditation. Consistency is key.
No prior meditation experience is necessary.
The time spent meditating is worth every second of your time. The benefits will greatly impact you and those around you.
