🙌🏻Recipe Alert: Apple, Cabbage and Yogurt Salad 🥗⠀⠀⠀
I like the flavors of ambrosia salads but sometimes they are too sweet. I also like Waldorf Salads so I decided to make a similar salad combining both of those ideas. ⠀
I also was working with the ingredients I already had in the kitchen without having to go buy things at the store. ⠀⠀⠀

🙌🏻So I came up with this tasty Apple, Cabbage & Yogurt Salad 🥗. ⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀
I often just mix things together and taste it here and there adding what I think it needs. So these measurements are approximate as I just chopped what I had and threw it in a big bowl. I loved this combo and I hope you enjoy it too! ⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀
👉🏻1 cup chopped: Red Cabbage
👉🏻1 Apple chopped into small pieces
👉🏻1 cup chopped Celery
👉🏻3 Mandarin Oranges: the fresh kind (not in a can) peeled and chopped
👉🏻1/3 cup Raisins
👉🏻1/4 cup Greek Yogurt; Siggi’s 0% Blueberry
👉🏻1/4 cup Shredded Coconut
👉🏻1 Tablespoon fresh Lime Juice
👉🏻A drop or so of vanilla extract for some extra flavor. ⠀⠀⠀

Optional: but I didn’t have any:
walnuts, grapes instead of raisins, drizzle of honey if you want it sweeter, or add some small marshmallows. 😋 ⠀⠀⠀

Toss it all together in a big bowl. Makes about 4-6 servings. ⠀⠀⠀
