🍓Strawberry Orange Smoothie🍊
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (So Delicious Brand)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
1 Tablespoon hulled hemp seeds
1 drop ✨DoTerra Wild Orange Essential Oil
1 Tablespoon chia seeds ⠀ ⠀

▶️Add first 6 ingredients in blender and blend until smooth (about 50 seconds in Blendtec). Add chia seeds and allow it set/gel up for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy! ⠀ ⠀

👉🏻You can also blend the chia seeds which will make the smoothie thicker. That part is up to you. ⠀ ⠀

👉🏻When using essential oils in food make sure it is a good grade oil or digestible and only add a small amount. 1 drop is plenty in this smoothie. ⠀ ⠀

👉🏻If you want a sweeter smoothie:
Add stevia or monk fruit, add 1/2 of a banana or 1 date. Be mindful of how much sugar you are in taking. ⠀ ⠀

👉🏻If you want to add more healthy fats: add 1/4 of an avocado. This will also make the smoothie thicker. ⠀ ⠀

👉🏻If you want a thinner smoothie add more milk or water. ⠀ ⠀
⠀
👉🏻Optional add ins: 1 scoop of superfood or green powder, 1 cup of spinach, kale or parsley. ⠀ ⠀

👉🏻Want more quick energy/carbs: add 1 Tablespoon or up to 1/4 cup of raw rolled oats. ⠀ ⠀
⠀
👉🏻Want to use a fresh orange instead of the essential oil? Keep in mind the sugar content will go up; peel and seed 1 orange and add to the smoothie. ⠀ ⠀
