Immune Boosting Smoothie Recipe
1.5 cups fresh orange juice
3/4 cup fresh cranberries
2 green apples (core removed)
1 beet (peeled)
2 1” thumb size ginger root pieces (peeled)
1 cup ice
Blend until smooth (about 60 seconds in Blendtec Blender).
Makes 3 servings.
Optional:
1 date for added sweetness if too tart.
Or use pink lady apple instead of green apple for added sweetness.
