✨Mantra Monday✨
Your body listens to your mind. Think positively so your body will respond positively. Negative thoughts will consume you and your body will react accordingly. Every time a negative thought comes to mind today practice modifying the thought to be a positive one.
If your thought is, “Traffic today is going to be horrible”. Spin it around to, “I’m going to get listen to some good music on my way to work today,” or, “Driving to work will allow me to unwind and relax,” or, “Driving to work today will be easy and the roads are clear.”
When having a conversation with someone listen to how many negative comments are made. How much we hear each day. How much our bodies listen to a respond to.
Mantras for today: “I am a positive person,” or “I am grateful for what I have,” or “I am happy.”
Lead by example. Be positive, use positive words that are uplifting. Eliminate gossip. Eliminate negative words that bring people down.
Be the change that we all want to see.
The more positive you are the more positive your life becomes.
