Yoga at Kaaterskill Falls in New York
Mesmerized by the beauty of this waterfall I feel so in tune with nature and myself. The sounds of the water rushing and diving into the rocks below leave a lasting impression.
Every waterfall is unique. Each one with a different flow, temperature, height, sound and special location.
Zenning out at Kaaterskill Falls was an amazing experience during my trip on the east coast this summer.
If you have never been to Kaaterskill Falls and you live in New York or will be traveling to New York I highly recommend checking this place out. You can go swimming in the water. Be careful not to slip on the rocks. The first time I went there wasn’t anyone there and it was so magical watching the sunset with my boyfriend. The second time there were a lot of people there swimming, sunning and relaxing.
Location: Kaaterskill Falls is located in the eastern Catskill Mountains of New York, USA.
