Work It Out Wednesday: Practice

    Sometimes we naturally can dive right in and be great at something. Other times we need to put in the work to be good at it. Practice daily and you will see improvements. Even if it’s only a few minutes each day it will all add up to improving muscle memory and coordination. Practice daily.
    ✨This video clip is from a few weeks ago but I never got around to posting it. I’ve been able to finally stay up for a few seconds practicing handstand. I’m still fine tuning the proper alignment and engagement of my core and body.
