I am so thankful for the adventure I had at Wanderlust Squaw Valley a few weeks ago. Being surrounded by so many yogis on their spiritual paths was enlightening.
🙏🏻Pashchima Namaskarasana aka Viparita Namaskarasana aka Reverse Prayer Pose
This is a good stretch for the pectoral muscles and shoulders. Strengthens the back and opens up the chest allowing you to breathe with more ease.
