Today is Soulful Saturday! Do something this weekend that satisfies your soul. I enjoyed a hike to Cataract Falls at Mt. Tamalpais in Mill Valley, California. After the hike there was a stunning view of the sunset above the clouds. The magnificent trees surrounding me, the cool breeze and fresh air, the birds singing, the sounds of the waterfall and stream trickling along the rocks, everything about being outside today invigorated my soul!
