Vegan Collard Green Wraps
Easy to make, tastes great and nourishes the body!
- Lay out your collard green leaves.
- Spread hummus on leaves.
- Add chopped veggies (cucumber, zucchini, carrots, peppers, radishes, avocado, etc).
- Sprinkle seasonings on top (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, etc).
- Roll up into a wrap.
- Enjoy!
