🍓Strawberry Banana Smoothie🍌 ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀
Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 banana (peeled) 🍌
1/2 cup strawberries 🍓
1/8 of an avocado 🥑 (skin & pit removed)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder ⠀ ⠀

▶️Add all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth (about 50 seconds in a Blendtec Blender). Enjoy!
👉🏻If you want a sweeter smoothie: Add 1 date, 1 Tablespoon of honey, sprinkle of stevia or monk fruit, or sweetener of choice. Be mindful of how much sugar you are having. 😉
👉🏻Less sweet? Use only 1/2 of the banana or just add a drop of banana extract.
👉🏻If you want a thicker smoothie: add 1/4 of an avocado instead of 1/8 or add 1/2-1 Tablespoon of chia seeds or flax seeds. They can be blended for the full 50 seconds as well.
👉🏻If you want a thinner smoothie add more milk or water and/or don’t add the avocado.
👉🏻Optional add ins: 1 scoop of superfood or green powder, 1 cup of spinach, kale or parsley.
👉🏻Want more quick energy/carbs: add 1 Tablespoon or up to 1/4 cup of raw rolled oats.
