👉🏻My name is Danielle and I am a health and wellness coach, certified yoga and lagree fitness instructor. I create meal plans based on diet, lifestyle, weight goals and physical condition. I meal prep all food including snacks throughout the day to help keep you energized, focused and healthy. I am all about high quality, healthy, organic ingredients when it comes to food. We will discuss foods you like, dislike, allergies, etc. and create the perfect meal plan just for you! I create fitness routines that work with your schedule and motivation level. I also create positive mindset affirmations, goals and work on mindfulness to help you get through the work week with ease. Meditation sessions can also be booked or I can create a meditation routine for you to practice on your own. I believe life is best enjoyed when we can be our best selves; healthy and nourished. A balanced mind, body and soul connection creates your life experience. I’m organized, reliable, compassionate, have a flexible schedule and am eager to help!
