🙀There are 168 hours in a week. About 56 hours are dedicated for sleep 💤 and about 56 hours for work. That leaves 56 hours. Granted, these 56 sacred hours are spent doing laundry👖, making meals 🥣, cleaning, taking a shower🚿, commuting 🚙, etc. But when you put it in this perspective it makes you rethink how you spend your time. Do you want to dedicate some time for meditation?🧘🏻♀️ Yes, please 🙋🏻♀️for me! Find the time in your schedule to do what is important to you.
👉🏻Meditation: Take at least 5 minutes each day to meditate. Work your way up to 10, 20+ minutes each day. The time spent meditating is worth every second of your time. The benefits will greatly impact you and those around you.
