🍓Strawberry Collagen Smoothie🍓

This smoothie is delicious!  It’s packed with protein, collagen, healthy fats, helps boost energy and is completely satisfying!

 

🍓Strawberry Collagen Smoothie Recipe:⠀

1 cup homemade almond milk 🥛 ⠀

1 cup water 💦 ⠀

1/4 avocado 🥑 pitted and peeled ⠀

3/4 – 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries 🍓 ⠀ 

1/2 – 1 whole frozen or fresh banana 🍌 ⠀

1 heaping scoop @ancientnutrition Multi-Collagen Bone Broth Protein Powder ⠀

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in @blendtec blender for 60-80 seconds on high or until smooth. ⠀ ⠀

Enjoy! ⠀ ⠀

 

Optional:

You can add raspberries or blueberries if you’d like. If you like it sweeter add the entire banana vs just half.  If you like the smoothie not as thick omit the avocado or add more liquid to the base. ⠀ ⠀ ⠀
