Healing my gut with bone 🍖 broth 🍜.⠀

I’ve been experiencing digestive issues more regularly and skin breakouts too and based on my research it all leads to the gut microbiome. The good and bad bacteria in the gut.  I think I’ve got some unwanted bad bacteria hanging out and even partying in my intestinal wall leaking toxins into my bloodstream causing inflammation, food sensitivities, skin breakouts, brain fog, bloating, discomfort after eating certain foods, lower immune system and more.  Well the partying is over bad bacteria!  It’s time to vacate and for good!   I’ve got a lot of cleaning up to do and it’s going to take time and I have to learn patience but I’m driven to be healed and feeling good again!⠀

If you are experiencing similar symptoms is might be a leaky gut. There are steps to take to heal the gut and replenish with good bacteria but it’s going to take some effort.  I’m just starting this journey to heal my gut so I don’t know 100% what is going to work but from my research it seems to have helped a lot of auto immune diseases and digestive problems.  It could help you too!  I’m not a doctor so please do what you feel is right for your body.⠀
