☘️🍫Mint Cacao Chip Smoothie Recipe🍫☘️⠀

1 cup homemade coconut milk (or almond milk, cashew milk, etc)⠀
1/2 cup coconut water or water⠀
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract⠀
2-3 drops of Doterra Peppermint Essential Oil or 1/8 teaspoon mint extract (Neilson Massey brand)⠀
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Sun Warrior or Garden of Life)⠀
3-4 handfuls of spinach⠀
1 cup kale⠀
1/2 cup parsley (stems removed)⠀
1/4 avocado (pitted and peeled)⠀
1 frozen banana (peeled)⠀
1 cup ice⠀
Pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt⠀

😋Blend in Blendtec Blender on HIGH for 60 seconds or until smooth. Then add 1 Tablespoon cacao nibs and blend on high for 10 seconds so now you’ll have little pieces of chocolate chips.⠀

Optional add ins:⠀
Maple Syrup (1 Tablespoon), Kyo Greens (1 teaspoon), Spirulina Powder (1/2-1 teaspoon), Cacao Powder (1/2 Tablespoon), Hemp Seeds (1 Tablespoon) just to name a few.⠀

👉🏻You can also take out the kale and parsley if it’s too green tasting.⠀

👍🏻Adding items into the blender jar:⠀
Liquids always go in first (milk, water), then powders, then the room temperature or refrigerated items (spinach, avocado) then you add frozen items (frozen banana, ice). ⠀
