Let it go. How? Inhale a fresh breath of peace & positivity while exhaling any negativity. Release the stress and tension in the body with the breath. ⠀
Long deep breaths in and out help calm the mind and body. The breath is a powerful tool.⠀

🧘🏻‍♀️Yoga: This photo shows Gomukhasana legs. In Sanskrit this translates to Cow Face Pose. This leg position stretches the outer hips and thighs. It’s a great pose to prep for standing and twisting poses. Be mindful of your knees in this pose and respect your body. Never force anything. You can also practice this while laying on the back, keep the toes flexed while reaching for your ankles.⠀
