🌟Frothy Cinnamon Protein Shake🌟⠀

Enjoy this recipe for a frothy cinnamon protein smoothie!

1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

1 cup Coconut 🥥 water 💦 or plain water

1/2 – 1 teaspoon Ceylon Cinnamon

4 ice cubes ❄️ ⠀

Blend in Blendtec Blender until smooth. 50-60 seconds. ⠀

😲Cassia is the most common type of cinnamon and is less expensive than Ceylon. Cassia contains coumarin which is a compound that can cause damage to the liver and kidneys. Even a dose of 1-2 teaspoons of CASSIA cinnamon can be too much for the body. Ceylon cinnamon does contain small trace amounts of coumarin but contains significantly less than cassia.⠀
👍🏻Ceylon is a higher quality and safer type of cinnamon to use.⠀
