Hinge from the hips and lengthen the front torso over the legs.
Microbend the knees if you hyperextend.
With each inhale; lift and lengthen.
With each exhale release further into the bend.
You may first feel the stretch in the back of the legs.
But can you let your head hang, releasing tension in the spine, neck and back?
Then do you notice the calmness that soothes the mind and nerves?
Allow any and all resistance to fade away.
