Breathing into Balance

When you take a breath, breathe consciously.  Where are you breathing?  From the chest, belly?  How are you breathing?  Short and shallow?  Deep and smooth?  Are you calm?  Are you anxious?  Your breath tells you a story.  Come flow with me this Saturday and Sunday to bring attention to your breath.  Breathe yourself into a state of relaxation for a balanced mind, body and soul.
